Florida Property Inspectors and Consultants Incorporated, has nearly 3 decades of experience in estimating and managing projects for insurance and non-insurance damage repairs.  Our residential and commercial experience includes general remodeling, renovation and lead abatement work on city and county projects including home inspections and Phase 1 Site assessment.  In addition to being an Appraiser and Umpire, for several years FPIC has worked as independent adjusters for adjusting firms and insurances carriers, and is currently a state licensed and bonded Public Adjuster in Florida and Texas.
